Metro 2009 Fall Meeting

Our theme was "God's Abundant Gift", drawn from Deuteronomy 6:4-5 and Mark 12:41-44. Our sub-theme was:

May you love God so much that you love nothing else too much;
May you fear God enough that you need fear nothing else at all.

Our host pastor was Minister Eugene Palmore.

During our business meeting we passed the 2010 budget ( Excel and PDF format)

Worship preacher was Rev. Troy R. DeCohen, pastor of the Mt. Vernon Heights Congregational Church. Our stewardship workshops were led by Ms. Carol Giordano, Minister of Stewardship for the New York Conference; Rev. Nelson R. Murphy, Director of Education and Marketing, United Church Funds; Dr. Clyde Kuemmerle, Executive Director, Ecclesia Ministries - Outdoor Ministry for the Homeless.
